I have been going here for a year, always get great service , very friendly ! My nails always look great
I wish I would have read the 1st review bf going. It was dead on! No direction when we walked in & was more worried about telling me what it was going to cost. And my 'girl' never smiled & acted like I was a huge bother. Most of all I've never had a pedi hurt & this one did. I predict they're closed in 3 months.
Poor customer service, very brusque personnel and felt they were rude. No one showed us the second wall of nail polish to choose from. When we asked about a design and showed us a picture of what we wanted they laughed at us and basically said we were ridiculous because they couldn't do the design. My technician told me several times she "wasn't a professional" , even thought their radio ad specifically said "ask about our professional design specialists" . Just disappointed overall.
