My new computer is a Vista and I had nothing but problems with it. I took it to Purl and explained the problems. They said they could fix the problems, but Vista was notorious for having new serious problems show up later. They said some people have replaced the Vista program with XP. It would take less time and money. I dropped off the computer at 3pm and they had it ready by noon the next day. They were professional, friendly and did what they said they would. I have used Purl twice in the past year, and each time they exceeded my expectations for quick turn-araound. Each time they solved my problem, and they were fast and courteous. As a PC and Mac user, I was pleased to see that they can handle both - without the complaining I've encountered in the past from other companies.

We have Been taking our computers (Home and business) for years and have always gotten great service. Cannot recommend Them Enough! I read a bad review that must have been a mistake because these guys know what they are doing. Hands Down@

I'm only giving them a star because I have to rate them something. If I could, I would give them zero. I went to them with an old computer and told me I needed to buy a new system because my system was not worth fixing. They transferred my data and rolled back XP on a brand new Acer that came with Vista. This created all kinds of problems they did not warn me about. They also didn't transfer all of my data from my old computer and did a lousy job at what they did. The data transfer was free but I ended up returning the lapto... read more
