Central location for exploring Vermont, Maine and New Hemisphere (all under 2hrs drive). Perfect for large groups & the prices are in the affordable range. The rooms are decent, tidy and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're big group (10+) taking a road trip to explore all these areas.

Booked a room in an older ski lodge. Arrived to a very loud wedding reception directly under our room complete with full band. Horrifically loud. Calls to front desk yielded an offer to move to the ‘Boys camp’ which did not sound enticing. The reception did wind down around 1030 and once guests settled, we were able to sleep. ASK lots of questions. No one told me about the reception even when I called to confirm the week before. Room was adequate. Came with plenty of Asian ladybugs, which staff did come vacuum up.
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were just what we needed for the night! Beautiful grounds with lots of amenities
