Shoddy Work Steve Olson installed a hot water heater. The connections were loose and leaked gas for 8 months until I noticed. He warranties the installation for 12 months, I called him and he committed to coming out and fixing it 3 times. I took off time from work waiting for him. He never called to cancel. He just never showed. I called him many times. I think the only times I could actually reach him were when he did not recognize my number. I eventually realized he was never coming.
