Steve does great work. I had a pipe that was "sweating" due to condensation in my first floor bathroom. I had also mentioned to him that the drain pipe in my basement would need to be replaced soon. Within two days I now have my drain pipes and water pipes replaced. Before he left he turned every faucet on to make sure that the drain was working properly and that my washing machine worked (he had replaced the drain pipe my washing machine was using). Steve improperly installed the sump pump in the backyard and first heavy rain I found it floating and pipe disconnected. I already paid $2200 for the sump pump to be installed. He refused to fix it and wanted to charge me additional $1500 to put it back properly. I am taking this matter seriously and will be taking legal action against him.
Steve was great! Most importantly he answered unlike others companies I called. He was johnny on the spot being able to replace my sump pump in less than an hour.
