We hired Steve to come fix a pipe in the basement for 1/1/16 at 2pm. I received a text at 1:20pm asking if he could "come by tomorrow?" I didn't see that until the appointment time. Mind you we had also stayed home and skipped a New Years Day lunch that we had been invited to because of our appointment with Steve. Anyways, we said yes and he said he could be here at 10am on 1/2/16. It's now 11:45am and he never called and never showed.
