Had a negative experience with another big name duct cleaning company, so haven't had the ducts cleaned for a while. With 2 big dogs in the house, it has added to the dander build up over the years. We knew exactly what to expect before the ducts were cleaned, what to expect while they were being cleaned and after the job was done. Showed up on time, top notch communication, upfront and honest, and did an absolutely AMAZING job! Certainly go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right! 110% recommend!

Excellent quality service, friendly and knowledgeable technician who was respectful of our property. Answered our questions and provided tips for regular maintenance. Highly recommend Purity Duct Cleaning and specifically Kevin. We will be using them again in the future!

Second, the technician seemed rushed and inattentive. They barely explained the process, didn’t show any before/after photos, and were done surprisingly fast for a “deep clean.” I later checked some vents and noticed visible dust and debris left behind—clearly, the job was not done thoroughly.
