We had an unfortunate experience with our custom engagement ring. The planning process went well and we were quoted 2-3 weeks for it to be completed and planned around that. It was not ready after 6 weeks. The deadline that was communicated was missed completly. While waiting we were continously lead on and lied to in person and over text about if the stone had even arrived and when it would be done.
