I was sent bills from this company for covid tests in 2020 and 2021 because my small local pharmacy outsourced to them (nobody ever made me aware of this possibility). I paid hundreds up front already for the rapid test. I was not contacted for years prior to this, and they decided to bill me in 2023 and 2024 because they finally attempted to bill my insurance? If I could give 0 stars I would. Promised a free covid test in 2021 at Silverton Pharmacy with no mention of this organization if you had health insurance which was a lie and I had to pay over $100. Shame on you.

I have given my covid sample here but never got my result. They tell lies, they scam people and try to take advantage of your insurance. Be careful and avoid this place.
