Booked Purity Carpet Cleaning to clean our kitchen/dining/foyer tiles and some carpeted areas. Very pleased with the results. Charlie is thorough, meticulous and careful in his approach. Can see that he takes pride in a job well done. Great, clear, friendly communication from the initial enquiry to the completion of the job.
Well I kept putting off cleaning the carpets and then I booked Purity Carpet Cleaning, Kristina was excellent on the quote and booking and Charlie was fantastic. If you do in the winter only about 8 hours to dry. With the drying fans he had on they were great. He carefully ran the hoses and had corner protectors for the walls and warnings on the street for the hoses. It has been 16 years since we moved in and raising the kids the marks were not so good. Very happy with the work Charlie did. He was very friendly, open and transparent. He called when he said he would, came when said he would and was respectful when coming inside by covering his work boots (especially with the wet weather outside) and did a fantastic job. He also provided a lot of information on future upkeep of my leather lounge and was more than happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend!!
