The technicians were great but the spa was filthy and the the front desk was cluttered with paperwork and food.

I'd really give them a 3.5 stars. The physical space is nice. The ladies who work there are very nice and have a friendly demeanor. This is not the "stuffy, be classy, ritzy, you are not good enough" place. I was displeased that she didn't have all the necessary tools to do the procedure I scheduled for, but she made it work. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I still had to wait about 20 minutes after that so she could finish with the client before me.
Bought a day of treatment for my wife and her mother, they were absolutely thrilled! Now I know what to get for all special occassions.
I get my eye lash extension done by Brandy. She awesome.
Such a lovely spa! The staff is attentive and friendly...a great place to go to pamper yourself :-) Love my massages with Gerard...he has an amazing touch and awesome energy transfer....I always leave walking on air! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment...you won't be sorry!
This spa is clean, warm, and friendly. Brandy was my technician and she was amazing. Highly recommend!
