This place works miracles! As an athlete my body is constantly run down and in need of rejuvenating and purify does the job! The services are amazing and very clean, as well as the owner is the sweetest and i can tell she knows what’s she’s talking about. I will definitely be back for another wonderful experience!
I visited with a couple of friends. I’m not usually into saunas, but this was a totally different experience and definitely worth trying. After the infrared session, you jump straight into an ice-cold plunge which I lasted less than a minute, but it instantly woke me up and felt great afterward. The time went by fast, especially with Netflix playing during the session. Overall, a refreshing and unique place to chill and reset.
To be honest, I didn’t think it would make such a difference, but now I’m hooked! Since I’m on my feet all day, the evening session followed by a cold plunge takes away all my soreness and fatigue. Definitely give it a try — you won’t be able to stop!
I really enjoyed my experience at purify in Lakewood ranch. I originally started at their downtown location & loved it but I was blown away by their Lakewood ranch facility. I highly recommend purify & their new location!
The owner of this business is so kind and made our first time experience excellent. It is a beautiful place to give back to your body. My body and skin feel amazing. I can’t wait to come back.
