I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone! I was referred to Dr. Puri by a neurologist for cervical and lumbar issues. I had two MRI's on CD. He said and I quote "these are useless to me. I need x-rays". I said that I had just had x-rays and that they could be sent to him. He said that wouldn't be necessary as he had his own x-ray machine in his office. The receptionist is very rude. It is very difficult to speak to anyone or do business at this organization unless you go through an over the phone background check. Be prepared to state your name, organization, reason for you call, and specific reason why you want to speak to anyone. If it doesn't meet the standard of the receptionist, you will be told that the person you wish to speak with is not available.
My experience with Dr Puri and his staff was mostly positive. Of course, no doctor was ever on time for an appointment. LOL. But I found Dr. Puri to be highly competent, skilled and full of compassion. In addition, Christina, his nurse assistant, was very efficient and personable. All in all, you could not ask for a better orthopedic surgeon.
Waiting for result for over a month. ..I make a call and ask what's going on....and no answer but will send the result to my doctor.. so I said so I guess I should of did this a month ago....you have to do your work for them..
Dr Puri is a great doctor. Staff can be a little rough tho
