The 70-foot (21-meter) chasm was carved out of granite by the rapid melt of a glacier over 14,000 years ago. The dramatic natural formation offers a myriad trails and rock formations to explore, suitable for all ages from the novice hiker to more experienced climbers. The rock formations have whimsical names like the Coffin, The Pulpit, Lover's Leap, Fat Man's Misery and The Corn Crib. Great walk on a hot day. Start on Charlie’s loop for a casual hike and pause in the chasm to cool down with the little caves.
Clean with plenty of different trails. Love that its free to visit most of the year and there’s a variety or trails to hike.
