This guy charges me $350 for a 30 min add-on when I already hired him and had him on site for another $1100 tub install and rough-in, then THREATENS me with legal action if I don't pay! Meanwhile there was no confirmation or agreement of what he would charge me beforehand - to which I would have declined the increase and hired someone else for half the price. Beware of this guy up-charging you for small works when he's already there because "that's what it would have costed" for the standalone call out. Absolute joke.
Communications with Jean for a toilet installation and toilet haul away were prompt, easy, and the charges were upfront with no surprises. Jean explained the different parts that he replaced and I was pleasantly surprised that Jean also took the cardboard packing of the new toilet as well. Very happy with the work and professionalism and would recommend to anyone I know! Adding on: There was a minor issue with my bidet and Jean dropped by the next day and had it quickly resolved, very much appreciated!

We had an issue with a toilet, quick response to an email request for service and quick scheduling for employees to show up. Excellent onsite service, repair completed and no issues whatsoever, will be calling for future work. Happy customer
