Great service, honest pricing.
They arrived on time and fixed my macerating toilet in an hour. I’ve talked with many other plumbers beforehand and everyone’s solution was to replace the whole toilet and nobody even wanted to open the pump. They were referred to me by many people and I’ll be happy to use their service again or refer to other people.
Contacted them after seeing a recommendation on a New Westminster Facebook group. I was looking for removal of my broken garburator. They were quick to respond, gave me an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, and were very communicative on the day of the service - confirming the approximate time of arrival and then letting me know when they were on their way and their ETA. Great work at a reasonable price. I would definitely work with them again!
