I am in the same business as these guys ( Competitor) and I have always found them help-full and forthcoming with parts and information when I needed it. I recently made a mistake with a shipment and found myself in a tight spot. They stepped up and helped me out , saving me a great deal of time and money. They have refused to take any form of compensation stating, " just happy to help" You can trust that if this is how they are " behind the scenes" , they will treat you with honesty and integrity.
