I walked in 10 minutes to closing and needed help figuring out which size of return jet plug I should buy, get antifreeze and a skimmer Gizmo. The ladies at the front desk were great and asked a guy to help me find what I needed while one of them went to get the jugs of antifreeze from the back. The guy was very friendly and helpful, helped me get all the things (including Teflon tape) very quickly, but without feeling rushed or unwelcome.
