Exceptional service provided by Audiologist Mr. Syed. He programmed my oticon Rechargeable hearing aids based on my hearing requirement and explained the process very patiently. Highly recommend.

I had a really positive experience at Puretone. The testing was thorough and professional, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I especially appreciated that they took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns rather than just rushing through a basic hearing test.
Took a chance on this clinic, and it was worth it. Im a 32 yr old female working in a high stress job and have profound hearing loss, I switched from a corporate owned and managed chain of clinics that I’d been a client of for about 6 years, but have obviously been going to audiologists all my life. My opinion of PureTone - 10/10. It’s a relatively no-frills clinic. You can tell they spend their money on what matters, and not on “fluff,” so to speak.
