From start to finish, Dustin and Zach, as local business owners defined quality work and the high bar for Customer Service. Not only were they prompt with all communications, they both answered all our questions satisfactorily (& I ask a lot of questions). Zach came out and performed the initial test then walked us through our options for mitigation. He did an amazing job in blending the outside install with our home. The actual install for our home took one day. I would recommend Pure Tech as a company to work with.

We hired PureTech to advise us on a real estate sale inspection that included a radon test. That test came in slightly over the safety threshold. After meeting with Zach C, he advised us to make some easy repairs in the basement and to schedule a retest. We did and the results speak for themselves; the levels cam back well into the safe zone. Very responsive team. Testing was scheduled within a couple of days. Text and email updates were sent to keep me informed of drop off and pick up times. I received an email with my results the same day the testing device was picked up. I definitely recommend Pure Tech Home Services.
