From start to finish, Dustin and Zach, as local business owners defined quality work and the high bar for Customer Service. Not only were they prompt with all communications, they both answered all our questions satisfactorily (& I ask a lot of questions). Zach came out and performed the initial test then walked us through our options for mitigation. He did an amazing job in blending the outside install with our home. The actual install for our home took one day. I would recommend Pure Tech as a company to work with.

I own an older home that has been around long before there was any such testing for radon. Because of the home age I thought it was worth getting radon testing completed. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get the testing done. One call to Dustin and everything was scheduled out. The representative that came to my house was very professional and courteous. Great customer service! Very prompt in responding, doing testing and installing mitigation system. Our radon levels were extremely high, 70’s, and came down to 0.5 after installation of the radon mitigation system.
