From start to finish, Dustin and Zach, as local business owners defined quality work and the high bar for Customer Service. Not only were they prompt with all communications, they both answered all our questions satisfactorily (& I ask a lot of questions). Zach came out and performed the initial test then walked us through our options for mitigation. He did an amazing job in blending the outside install with our home. The actual install for our home took one day. I would recommend Pure Tech as a company to work with.

We had a radon system replacement fan installed since the old fan failed. Working with PureTech was easy and the install was scheduled promptly and went smooth. With the new fan, we are now getting super low radon numbers. Although your results may vary, our radon level is currently at 0.05 pCi/L

Very responsive team. Testing was scheduled within a couple of days. Text and email updates were sent to keep me informed of drop off and pick up times. I received an email with my results the same day the testing device was picked up. I definitely recommend Pure Tech Home Services.

Great customer service and flawless execution. I greatly appreciated how quickly the PureTech team were able to come over to install a Radon Mitigation system. They were extremely communicative, fairly priced and true experts. Highly recommend.
