I have been in pure smile for a long time and it was great but it’s been a year now the service is really going downwards. Especially, one of the receptionist is very rude and really doesn’t know about the customer service. I know some of them are really nice and working hard on customer service but out of 10 this one person is like a rotten onion who is affecting the good service of other staff. Very poor service don’t even care about people’s teeth only focusing to achieve target. I would not recommend this dental service
I have been with pure smile for a long time now and they are very reliable. All of the staff members are extremely helpful; from the receptionist to the dentist. The dentist is chilled and knowledgeable.
The service is good but the people is working in reception are talking like a boss to you, their way of talking is bossy and I can say not polite. Especially if you are not English. This clinic must change receptionists or they need to train them well to be kind and use thier sound kindly. Very disappointed every time I am contributing them.
