The food is fresh but unimaginative. Avoid the tofu sandwich which is tiny and flavorless. Absolutely not worth the prices!! It was tiresome to finish all the food because of how bland it was.
A hidden gem in the heart of Hamburg! This will be come my new grab and go breakfast spot. Decided to switch it up and grab a quick take out breakfast sandwich and coffee instead of dining in at the “go-to” sit-down Hamburg staples (ZJ’s or Savory’s). Typically when ordering take out for breakfast, I would online order at either Blue Eyed Baker or 18 Mile Bakery, but the menu options at Pure Roots were enticing. I checked this place out because I found out they don’t use seed oils - very delicious plenty of gluten free and vegan options as well as grass fed pasture raised meats, organic local ingredients. I really appreciate this place!
