I had Botox treatment Done yesterday by Robin and she was very explanatory and to helping me decide on what treatment I should have done on my face and we decided on Botox and the way that Robin did it. It wasn’t painful so I was very pleased with that and very pleased when I woke up today and saw that I look at least five years younger, so thanks Robin your awesome
I was initially hesitant about laser hair removal, but I'm so glad I took the plunge! The process was quick, virtually painless, and the results are incredible. My skin is smoother than ever, and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. The staff at The Greene location is amazing!
For my second tattoo removal appointment today, nobody was there. I walked into a completely dark office, called them & they said it’s because I scheduled online and nobody was available (why is scheduling online an issue and why did no one notify me?) Well since I made the drive, they said to go to their Beavercreek location. They forgot about me in the room, so I left. I was liking this place, but there’s other med spas.
The staff are pretty unprofessional. You would think that even though you’re paying thousands for your service, you would be treated more nicely than if you were going to a grocery store. Be warned, when they quote prices, they do not quote the full price and only the discounted price if you were to do multiple services with them to make it seem like their services are cheaper than other spas.
