they charged me a fee for post-service problem that did not exist pre-service...the liner was ruffled after they clean the pond, and yet charged me to fix it.....
Outstanding work and were very pleased!
They are prompt, and punctual they come when they say they are. Most of all they clean my pond every year, they call and follow up to schedule yearly maintenance.
I asked them to make it spectacular, and he did.
