We have used Tom for several plumbing jobs over the past few years and have always found him to be very efficient and helpful. Last December he installed a brand new boiler for us and was so helpful in making sure we were happy with the day to day operation of the system. He promised us he would be back within a few days to finalize the warranty for the unit.
