Spent days trying to set up a couples head spa after I figured out they don't do couples massages even though their website makes it seem like they do. Nothing for couples can be done online. You have to call a number and leave a message for a "call" back which is just a text message. A phone call back could have cleared up what took days to accomplish, if the end result which was, ZERO appointments is considered an accomplishment. If i could give negative stars i would. I bought my mom a roughly $300 gift card for Christmas for their VIP head spa treatment. She had an appointment booked, and unfortunately is very sick. She reached out to reschedule her appointment and she was told that because its within 48hrs she would have to pay the FULL COST of the service ($220).
