Excellent - Paola and Angel helped us get our carpets out of an unfortunate pet poop + robovac situation. They were able to completely remedy the situation same day (within hours of my initial call) and carpets are in even better shape than before with no chemical or fragrance smells at all (just smells so “clean”, if that makes sense).
