I've been coming here for years and PureLux has always been 10/10. Very polite, friendly staff, and the service is consistently top notch.
I’ve been coming here for several months now because I can usually depend on them and I had scheduled with my usual nail tech as I always do. I arrived this morning to my appt., come to find out my nail tech isn’t even here. I didn’t receive a phone call or any kind of notification letting me know of this change. The scheduling system is extremely flawed and I got no help as to figuring out why this occurred. My daughter and I made appointments for manis and pedis and we showed up for our schedule appointments just to see 4 random people walk in after we were there 10 minutes and be taken back before us. That was not correct! Why do you take appointments and make people wait 35 minutes? We walked out and from the looks of it, We are never returning to that place. Big loss to them, we get our manis and pedis every week.
Don’t bother making an appointment because you’ll still have to wait at least 30+ minutes just to be seated at a station. I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s always like this whether it’s a busy weekend or a slow, random weekday. Unsure if they’re overbooking appointments or are just horrible at time management, but it’s ridiculous. I've had consistently excellent manicures here at a reasonable price, and with an immaculately clean salon. Bella is fantastic and very kind. My nails look great. Update: Also have had mani from Chloe with super nice result.
