RUN! We just had our roof redone, after waiting almost 6 months for purelight to send an installer to detach our panels. We couldn't even get scheduled until they got paid first (over 5k). After waiting a few months to get scheduled we finally got an installer. Then after, "I" had to call to find out where the installer was to reattach our panels. Purelight has outdone themselves! Didn't know what to expect but wow! Let me start with the install team. Team lead, Dalton, was a total pro! Highly experienced and a perfectionist. Incredible work ethic! His team performed amazingly because our particular install was not typical install. They worked around issues and barriers smoothly. The HQ staff was awesome as well! Very responsive and helpful like Ben!
