CAUTION!!! I did not want to have to leave a negative review but the lack of response from this company for their damages is appalling and the public deserves to know. We had our roof completely replaced by Purelight Roofing who contracted to Ren Lyfe Contracting. We then had Purelight Power install solar following the completion of the roof in June/July 2024. PureLight was very easy to work with as well as quick and responsive while in the process of getting solar added to my house. They were there to hold your hand from start to finish. I worked with Neil and he was always available to answer any questions as well as solve any issues I had. I would definitely work with them again and will be using them for any future roofing or panel installs I need. Thanks PureLight!
We got our roof and solar done through PureLight Power. Everything went great and everybody was super nice for the whole process, definitely would recommend especially with rebates in Washington State. ****EDIT*** Everything was great until after the install was completed. Nobody at PureLight will reply to my messages. Our sales representative stated we would receive a $19000 incentive payment when we do our taxes that we can apply to our loan to keep our payment where it is now.
