7/07 updates: called customer support on 7/3 and been told that brach will reach out to me to schedule another fix by end of day on 7/3. Nothing happened on 7/03. Called customer support today (7/07), and been told the same thing, branch will reach out by 7/07... 7/02 updates: the crew came yesterday and fix the issue. Now it's broken again as of this morning. 2 out of 3 solar strings are not sending any power, exactly same issue as day one. Wonderful company, took longer than I wanted, but that is super typical with dealing with city permitting. Would recommend!
Gabrial was very helpful in getting me through this process and answered every question concisely. Because she so clearly explained each detail, we discovered a tech check need, an got that initiated. So far i am very happy with the whole process during the installation process.
