We contacted with Purelight Power in early 2025. They offered a good product and completed instalation in June. We then proceeded to wait six months as a result of their poor communication and lack of coordination with the City of Seattle. We still do not have an operational solar system in December 2025. We were recently informed they will not complete our installation commission and will no longer support their installed products in the state of Washington. DO NOT work with this company. Gar was a delight to work with, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had. I would recommend pure light to everyone that wants solar.
Unfortunately I have to change my review. We are a week in and the router (which tracks and reports solar production) has crashed at least twice a day since we activated it. I'm at a loss for how to get help on it as the links just sends me in circles.
