From start to finish, we’re overall very happy with Purelight Power! The whole process was smooth and easy. Just be prepared for a little bit of “hurry up and wait” — not because of Purelight, but simply due to the time it takes for the town to handle permits and for other companies to complete their parts of the process. Every employee we worked with was knowledgeable, kind, and never pushy. Purelight made going solar stress-free. 10/10 recommend!
The installation of my solar panels was a long process with several hiccups along the way, but I am very impressed with how this company has followed through to correct issues to my satisfaction. I was listened to and I am pleased with the results. The team in the office are a great resource and support for any questions or concerns you might have.
I worked with Trevor out of the Bend PureLight office, which is linked to their Medford location - and the whole process was so smooth and everyone was so friendly, professional, honest, and downright efficient! Trevor was awesome, the installers also awesome, quick and clean. The longest part of the process was getting inspections completed, and getting Pacific Power to install our net meter. We are just starting to see how much power we are adding back into the grid, and so excited to be creating our own power!!
A current customer. Going on 3 yrs. Unfortunately they did not do their due diligence. I moved into a new home and provided the required power bills. I stressed we are the new owners. Home sat for several months. Before moved in. Are you sure the system will work. I was told yes. Will cover plenty. And if not they will make it roght.. Fast forward. Buyer beware: A few weeks after install a storm knocked power out to the neighborhood and my new, 100% charged backup batteries did not kick in nor did the panels provide power to the house the following sunny day. Lots of money and no power. Hard to get in touch with customer service and their next available appointment to come check out the system is almost a month out. Not to mention I received a power bill so I do not believe the system is powering my house at all at this point. AND they promised a 6k incentive a week af... read more
