From start to finish there is, so far, nothing that didn't go smoothly. Cody, Ethan, Marcelina, the installers, electricians and the inspectors. The permits took longer than any other process of the functionality of the solar panel. The installers were on time at my home when it was scheduled and the whole process took about 3 1/2 hours from the time they arrived to the time they left. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I got quotes from several different companies in Klamath Falls, and Purelight was the best is almost every category. From warranties, incentives, to guarantees, Purelight had it all. Daniel Smith out of the Klamath Falls office made the experience seamless and I knew exactly how the process was going to play out. The continued relationship and support is very much appreciated.

Purelight has been great to work with with only one issue. I've been walked through the entire experience well and in general everyone has been really polite. The only issues I had was when the city came to do the inspection the correct information wasn't left by the company, so that had to be rescheduled. I also was frustrated with the shut off box being large and directly at the front of my house. It's a huge eye sore. Absolutely awesome, from first contact to final walkthrough! Seriously, every step of the way, EVERYONE has been exceptional to work with. Questions were answered, explanations were thorough, and everyone showed patience, even when they had to repeat themselves because of my lack of comprehension. Pre-sale, installation, and post-sale experience has been very easy and seamless. Cody, Ethan, and the Purelight installation team (including electricians) have been informed, polite, efficient, and most importantly, they communicate internally so everyone's on the same page. We have not had any unexpected surprises throughout the process.
