Had a great experience getting panels and adding them to the house. Unfortunately 4 years later we needed a new roof. At the time we bought the panels our sales contract with Purelight stated that purelight would uninstall and reinstall the panels when and if we needed. But then that time came for us, they "no longer offer that service" unless we buy our new roof from them. I’m SUPER impressed with Purelight Power. They were fast and efficient, but mostly the PEOPLE went far and beyond my expectations. They re-roofed our home in 2 days! The crew was awesome, very kind men who were professional, fast and friendly. Cleaned up extremely well when completed. The solar panels went up quickly, even though it was snowing! Purelight Power has been awesome to work with. Very communicative about all aspects of the job and when things would happen. We are super happy with the workmanship and the panels. We are sending power back to Pacific Power every day!! Highly recommend Purelight Power!!
Once the contract was signed during the sales portion have not been impressed. Communication during install was not great. The month of august produced half the amount of energy as April, May, June and no explanation why. Over all would never recommend this company for solar
We have been very impressed with Purelight Power from day one. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and communicated with us in great detail what to expect with our switch to solar power. We were pleasantly surprised that our project was completed quicker than originally planned, and we are so excited to be making our own power. I would recommend Purelight to anyone looking to make this change.
