I’m SUPER impressed with Purelight Power. They were fast and efficient, but mostly the PEOPLE went far and beyond my expectations. They re-roofed our home in 2 days! The sales guy pitched me on 30-90$ a month energy bills. When my system wasn't performing as I anticipated i reached out only to find out that my bill in the winter is still expected to be about the same as it was before. So now we are gonna be paying a solar and an electric bill. Idk if we will ever financially recover from this. Very disappointed. Don't listen to the sales guy because he's feeding you a bunch of lies.
It was a great experience to have a chat with Gar. He was knowledgeable and good at explaining the questions I had. I feel well informed about using my Franklin App. Gar made the conversation good with his good way of listening and asking questions at the right places.
I'm likely just echoing other reviews but Purelight has been a great company to work with. Good communication, honest assessments of what the winter months would look like, fast and thorough install, and excellent customer service (even checking on status and satisfaction almost a year later). I would not hesitate to use them again and higly recommend their services.
Purelight Power has been awesome to work with. Very communicative about all aspects of the job and when things would happen. We are super happy with the workmanship and the panels. We are sending power back to Pacific Power every day!! Highly recommend Purelight Power!!
