I’m SUPER impressed with Purelight Power. They were fast and efficient, but mostly the PEOPLE went far and beyond my expectations. They re-roofed our home in 2 days! I'm likely just echoing other reviews but Purelight has been a great company to work with. Good communication, honest assessments of what the winter months would look like, fast and thorough install, and excellent customer service (even checking on status and satisfaction almost a year later). I would not hesitate to use them again and higly recommend their services.
Purelight Power installed my solar (and contracted a new roof) two years ago. They made the process extremely simple and kept us well-informed every step of the way. I have 24 panels and in less than 3 months our meter was running backwards. As you can see in the graph, our production increases exponentially in the summer, but that banked power makes up for any deficits we have in the winter. The entire experience with PureLight was excellent. The sales team wasn’t pushy and easily handled our questions. PureLight took care of all the permitting and worked with the power company and coordinated all the work. The install went smoothly and the panels have worked perfectly since. I highly recommend PureLight
From start to finish I couldn’t be happier with my experience with everyone I dealt with at Purelight Power. Even now after my system has been installed I was paid a visit from Jodi checking in to see how everything was going and if I had any questions or concerns.
