Absolutely no concern for customers after the install. I was told during the sales pitch that they would come take my solar panels down if I ever needed to have my roof done, when the time came they told me they are only doing warranty work in the area and would not be able to help in any way or give any kind of timeline for when someone would be able to come out. I was told to call an electrician to remove them but having said electrician remove them would void my warranty on the panels. Very clear as to why this company ha... read more

Once the contract was signed during the sales portion have not been impressed. Communication during install was not great. The month of august produced half the amount of energy as April, May, June and no explanation why. Over all would never recommend this company for solar

Had a great experience getting panels and adding them to the house. Unfortunately 4 years later we needed a new roof. At the time we bought the panels our sales contract with Purelight stated that purelight would uninstall and reinstall the panels when and if we needed. But then that time came for us, they "no longer offer that service" unless we buy our new roof from them. We also asked if they could recommend anyone else and was told "anyone reputable will do," with no recommendations or referrals. I've started getting bid... read more

I got the final piece of my Purelight solar project puzzle resolved today, with the help of Tanner. He helped me see the new panels in my monitoring app. I am grateful to both him and to Justin Clayton for getting me this final piece put in place. After a somewhat perilous journey of adding 8 panels to my existing installation I have reached the destination. I'm hoping for many sunny days and no more fires from here on out.
