I’m SUPER impressed with Purelight Power. They were fast and efficient, but mostly the PEOPLE went far and beyond my expectations. They re-roofed our home in 2 days! The sales guy pitched me on 30-90$ a month energy bills. When my system wasn't performing as I anticipated i reached out only to find out that my bill in the winter is still expected to be about the same as it was before. So now we are gonna be paying a solar and an electric bill. Idk if we will ever financially recover from this. Very disappointed. It was a great experience to have a chat with Gar. He was knowledgeable and good at explaining the questions I had. I feel well informed about using my Franklin App. Gar made the conversation good with his good way of listening and asking questions at the right places.
Purelight Power has been awesome to work with. Very communicative about all aspects of the job and when things would happen. We are super happy with the workmanship and the panels. We are sending power back to Pacific Power every day!! Highly recommend Purelight Power!!
We have been very impressed with Purelight Power from day one.
