The transition to solar has been seamless thanks to Purelight personnel. From the first guys on my doorstep introducing the company, Kyle's initial sales call, all installation personnel, Rusti who coordinated, and Gar who wrapped it all together and helped get me on board with the monitoring, I have been extremely happy with their professionalism and capabilities. I have already recommended them to friends.
We’ve had repeated visits from annoying door-to-door reps who come back even after being clearly told “no thanks.” It’s obvious they aren’t keeping track of where they’ve already been. Both my husband and I have had our baby woken up by their visits—more than once. We’ve now ordered a no soliciting sign just for them. This kind of sloppy, inconsiderate marketing has no place in a quiet, out-of-town neighborhood. Disappointing approach to outreach.

Great experience along the way for solar installation. For the final set up of the app, Gar was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all the questions I had. He gave me an important tip that just a few weeks shy of the annual initiation date I should call Customer service and ask for an energy audit to make sure the system is running as it should.
