My wife stopped at the Purelight booth at the Western Montana Fair, and a few days later, a polite young salesman showed up at our door. He used the usual fear tactics about rising power costs yet couldn't answer my specific questions that didn't align with his presentation. From our initial contact when Kyle answered all of our questions and concerns, to the amazing team of installers, and every step in between was so easy, easy-to-understand, and well-managed. There were a couple of little hiccups along the way with communication breakdowns, but those were corrected completely and quickly and respectfullly
The transition to solar has been seamless thanks to Purelight personnel. From the first guys on my doorstep introducing the company, Kyle's initial sales call, all installation personnel, Rusti who coordinated, and Gar who wrapped it all together and helped get me on board with the monitoring, I have been extremely happy with their professionalism and capabilities. I have already recommended them to friends.
