Great experience along the way for solar installation. For the final set up of the app, Gar was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all the questions I had. He gave me an important tip that just a few weeks shy of the annual initiation date I should call Customer service and ask for an energy audit to make sure the system is running as it should. Beware of this company and be sure to read all the fine print if you do decide to go with them. We did a consultation with them not even a couple years ago, found out their “rebate” is kind of a scam that would never benefit us, said NO, and we thought we were done with them. They have not only called us multiple times to see if we’re still interested, but they have also COME BACK TO OUR HOUSE MULTIPLE TIMES to see if we’ve changed our minds.
