I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting a facial with Kaili! The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. The entire experience felt personalized and professional. She took the time to assess my skin's needs and explained each step of the treatment. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive throughout. I have never gone back for facials on a regular basis till I started doing micro derm with Kaili. My skin truly feels renewed and her fluidity of a facial is fantastic!
