I’m giving two stars because in the past they did show up and spray. However, they charge $163 to spray approximately 20 feet consisting of two flowerbeds on either side of my porch and a wall next to my driveway.. For some reason I never heard or saw them the last time they were supposedly here and then charged my credit card. (When I know they’re here they have sprayed my garage and come in the backyard after I unlock the gate.) In any event I decided that I could not afford this service and asked them to terminate it. PureHome has been wonderful since the get go. First encounter was a home solicitation. I was busy and told the guy I didn’t want to be sold on anything and he said something like, “I understand, do you mind if I leave a card for you in case you need service in the future?” Then he gave me the card and, shockingly, actually just walked away with a polite goodbye.
