Gary, the so called personal trainer, needs to take a shower and a class in learning how to speak to people before he’s put in his place. There’s plenty of space in the studio but because he’s a Rick (add a p) he kicks you out. I hate the new gym. I was never a happy gym goer but the old location made me happy and want to go as it was private with plenty of space and plenty of equipment. Generally pure gym are good with one massive flaw is you are late with a direct debit because it comes out 7 days before you get paid they will straight away suspend your account dont even give you time or anything least with other gyms I.e NRG they will still let you workout until u can finally pay and also sending me one email saying if you dont pay within a certain time extra charges will be put in place then LITERALLY 45 MINUTES AFTER SAID EMAIL I get another one saying they have already added the extra charges amd doubl... read more

No hot water in the showers for well over 3 weeks now. This is unacceptable for a big gym chain like puregym. It's a shame because I generally like the gym and the staff keep it clean. Whoevers role it is to fix the hot water has let the whole team down. Change your sign on the changing room door, to read 'No hot water' and give the reason. People like me may be more understanding then
