I bought a Pure Gear Steel 360 screen protector with the “lifetime guarantee” at the Verizon store when I bought my new IPhone. I found a very tiny 1/16” star on the protector one year later. So I pulled out the box to initiate the return process, fully expecting to have to pay the excessive shipping cost, but what I found instead was the fine print stating that there was NO GUARANTEE unless it was purchased at Amazon or eBay!!!!!! I have NEVER seen anything like this scam in my life. RIPOFF, DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

What a scam! Right after it, I can’t just pick up a new protector at Verizon, it needs to be registered online. Okay, finally go through all the so personal information registered to them(I don’t understand why a phone protector company needs so many of my information). And ... read more
