What an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish ~ this was my first time coming here to get a haircut, and I have never been to a hair salon in Calgary before so wasn't sure where to go but I had walked by this salon downtown a few times and always thought it looked so nice but assumed it would be too expensive for me. I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair done by Stephanie! Although there was a little mix-up with my appointment, the staff were super helpful and brought in my stylist to make sure I was taken care of. At first, my hair color didn't quite turn out the way I wanted, but Stephanie offered to fix it the next day, and she absolutely nailed it! I love how she brought my vision to life. I recently came in looking to have my hair cut shorter than what I’m used to, and after my experience at Pure Form I can’t recommend the salon and my stylist enough! Billie truly understood what I was looking for and executed it perfectly. She was so knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to maintain my hair at home.
