Great service - Knowledgeable and extremely kind. I called on a holiday and very early in the morning, Steve responded within a few minutes and arrived at my home within an hour. Menopause and heat do not go well together- so I was extremely thankful since it was a holiday when he could be with family and friends. He took the time to research the part needed after going back home. Unfortunately, there aren’t any locally and suppliers are closed today due to holiday.
