Very pleased with the eyebrow shaping and waxing service from Jenel.
This was my first time getting my brows done. I decided to get the wax and henna combination. Jenel was very friendly and did a great job. I loved my brows but sadly the henna only lasted 3 days for me despite carefully cleaning around them and sleeping only on my back. I contacted Jenel and she was very understanding and professional and provided a refund for the henna portion. I am disappointed the henna didn't work out for me, but Jenel's exceptional customer service and wax brow shaping deserve 5 stars.
