Jim did a great job with the install of a Mitsubishi ducted system and new ductwork in 2024. Jim was great from the start to help evaluate the best option going from outdated geothermal system(with many issues) to a heat pump system with proper sized ductwork. Our system has worked great over the past year with improved comfort in all seasons. Had to replace HVAC unit summer 2024. Jim, from Pureaire Mechanical, came out for our call quickly, spent over an hour asking questions and reviewing our old system before making his suggestion for a replacement. Compared to other quotes we received, his suggestion and pricing seemed most appropriate given our specific situation.
