I tried calling this company several times even leaving messages over a couple months time. I received no reply back. Today I talked with a manager and he seemed very willing and ready to fix the issue so I am changing my review slightly..
Everyone always said that building a home is stressful and by the time it’s done both builder and owner are through with each other. Not true with legacy homes, the company was responsive and flexible when they could be. Legacy built my custom home start to finish in 7 months with great quality and customer service. We love our house and we're thankful for the whole team that built it. A few months in and what really stands out to me is how quiet the house is, and how low our utilities are. I didn't expect them to go down moving to a much larger home. Thank you all!
