Our family has been going to Pure Wellness since 2015. Even after they moved to the new location, we followed. That shows how much we enjoy our experience here and appreciate their service. We like the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff and owners, the timeliness, and the overall massage delivery. Made great use of a gift certificate and made the trip to this location this week. Let me tell you, WELL worth my drive from Fort Saskatchewan! Carlos did NOT disappoint. He understood exactly what I meant when I said I don't come for massages to relax. I come for the medical/healing aspect. So did I sleep? NO. I booked a massage Monday, July 28, 2025 at Pure Wellness Massage. I went and filled out my benefits information and they told me they couldn’t give me a massage. They couldn’t direct bill so I left and I was billed for a Massage. They lied. They misled me. I will never use them again. They are dishonest.
Been coming to Pure for many years, experienced great therapist along the way. Tonight, I had a massage with Jerry and was completely blown away. Her knowledge, expertise and technique were probably the best I have ever experienced. She was able to release extremely tight areas without causing a great deal of pain! Highly recommend and will definitely be seeing her again!
I have been going to Pure Well was for years. Always a great experience. Professional, clean, quiet. Paige was my therapist on my recent trip. Definitely the best massage I have had in years. She really listened to the issues I was having and focussed her attention to work it all out. I feel 100 times better!
