I always appreciate the consistent professionalism of all the staff at Pure Wellness. I have been going to Pure Wellness for a few years, and have always had good experiences with the RMTs. Made great use of a gift certificate and made the trip to this location this week. Let me tell you, WELL worth my drive from Fort Saskatchewan! Carlos did NOT disappoint. He understood exactly what I meant when I said I don't come for massages to relax. I come for the medical/healing aspect. So did I sleep? NO. Our family has been going to Pure Wellness since 2015. Even after they moved to the new location, we followed. That shows how much we enjoy our experience here and appreciate their service. We like the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff and owners, the timeliness, and the overall massage delivery. Been coming to Pure for many years, experienced great therapist along the way. Tonight, I had a massage with Jerry and was completely blown away. Her knowledge, expertise and technique were probably the best I have ever experienced. She was able to release extremely tight areas without causing a great deal of pain! Highly recommend and will definitely be seeing her again!
