I am a 58-year-old male. Over the past 28 months I had 2 accidents where I broke a total of 10 bones. God graced me with full recovery and no surgery both times, but it was tough and slow. As a post menopause older women all I did was gain weight no matter what I did regarding food and exercise. It's been an awesome experience with Dr. Chris and his program.
