In my personal opinion, the decision by this business to publicly post a full video involving someone’s brother, son, and friend—without any apparent regard for the emotional impact on those involved—shows a serious lack of class, empathy, and professionalism. I had an amazing experience with the owner, LaTicia, for my Brazilian. I was a bit nervous at first, but she immediately put me at ease with her friendly personality and great conversation. The service was quick, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I left feeling comfortable, confident, and very satisfied. Highly recommend!
