Can seem to ever get anyone on the phone, service is terrible.
This is Bad, Bad, Bad. We stopped doing business with them and had our water cooler pick up. But they still keep billing us. Even after the rep said she closed the account and we didn't owe anything and didn't need to pay. For months now they email us an invoice and $20.00 late fees. Trust me. Just don't do business with these people. You can order a very nice water cooler on Amazon far less money and not have to deal this company.
I own a company in Braselton, Georgia. Due to recent security issues and COVID, we have posted signs in many places at the front of our building and in our warehouse stating that only tested employees are allowed inside and all others must make an appointment.
