Slick salesman sold us a bill of goods we're very sorry to have wasted our money on. We bought a Reionator Pro Ultra, their top of the line system, hoping for some additional filtration benefit as well as water odor removal. Odor isn't removed. Be aware that their "Lifetime Warranty" is VERY limited and provides us with NO satisfaction for the problems we've run into. We now just get a cold shoulder from them when calling about issues. Excellent customer service from pre install to post installation. Installation was clean, efficient, and done right. Water test post installation now shows that water is softer and drinking water from reverse osmosis unit taste so much better and healthier. Overall, no complaints and a happy customer. Money well spent!
Such a great experience with Pure Water Systems of NV. From the pre-visit water testing, to install. Communication and professionalism was top notch. Ray was knowledgeable and able to communicate the water testing results so they were easily understood. Jose did an excellent job on the install. I noticed an immediate difference in drinking water after instillation of the RO system and after two weeks I also notice a difference when hand washing and showering.
