We highly recommend Pure Water Systems of Reno. Ray Crocker and James Wallen were knowledgeable, professional, kind, respectful and clean. James found a problem with the pressure regulator while doing the installation and took care of it right away. Very thankful for a "water softener ". Our skin doesn't itch anymore!
Kawika has been very professional and helpful with our needs for whole-house water filtration including a check in to ensure the system is performing as expected. Pure Water Systems has checked all the boxes for providing a good service.
I got to say this made a difference in my daughters skin. She was getting bumps due to hard water. Luke who came to test the water was super nice and amazing and Jose the insaller was super nice as well. They all worked quick and were accommodating when i asked questions. I would definitely recommend.
