Great prices and fast shipping. Both phone and email support were super helpful. Gene walked me through figuring out the proper ARV PSI setting on the Air Pump AP-1, the one we bought from them. Then he helped me figure out how fix the Pump Control Switch Unit (it was stuck and not shutting off power to the air pump) and this even thought it wasn't related to the part we bought from them. He had a chance to sell me one of their timers instead but, chose to give me advice to fix it or to go with the original part from another... read more
I am not so local to Pure Water Products (from Texas to Maryland), but the email support has been excellent, I see reasonable prices, quick answers to my questions, and a product that just keeps on working.
I bought a pura filter from them and was defective they won't replace or refund money they don't stand behind there products
