I found this pool service to be largely ineffective. Despite weekly visits and chemical treatments, my pool consistently had ongoing mustard algae that was never properly resolved. It was frustrating and embarrassing having guests over while constantly needing to brush away algae. I have had my pool serviced by Pure Water for 6 years and have had only great service. I called them on a Monday about a leak near the motor and on Tuesday David arrived and repaired it. Nothing but good service.
They refused to help with pool repair because I wasn't paying them for service so im not sure why they are listing themselves for repairs.
