Josh and his team are incredibly professional, efficient, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. We had two sinks that were leaking, and they came out quick and had both fixed in no time. They were friendly, thorough, and clearly know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for reliable, quality plumbing work. They genuinely care about their customers, and they even left everything cleaner than when they arrived! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I had an emergency due to a lightning strike frying my well pump and Josh had me sorted out same day even though he was on vacation. Also worth noting that two other well service companies referred me to him. If that isn’t a good reputation, I don’t know what is.
Joshua and his apprentice John were both great and very responsive. My well pump died about 7pm. I called them and Joshua got back to me within an hour and scheduled John to come out the next morning at 9 am. The new pump was up and running by 1pm the next afternoon. They exceeded my expectations and I very much recommend that you use them for your plumbing needs. I also felt the price very fair, especially considering the quick response.
Josh was amazing. Showed up at our house within an hour of being called and worked until the issue was fixed. He is professional and personable - and his work is done as promised! He is the best.
I can't say enough good things about Pure Water Plumbing and Josh! My mom needed a plumber, and they were able to come out the next day. Josh evaluated the problem and, rather than leaving her waiting for another appointment, stayed and worked until after 6:30 PM to make sure everything was taken care of.
