I am not usually one to complain but Joshua wasted a tremendous amount of my time this week. We got off to a positive start: he answered and scheduled a visit for the next day. Terrific! Then the next day 30 minutes before he was due to arrive informed me he had another client emergency and would need to reschedule. No problem. I never heard back and when I followed up later got a text saying he would reach out to reschedule and then never did. Called to schedule and received a call back that evening. They came out that week and took care of the sillcock and some other plumbing needs. Not pushy on payment, fair pricing and easy to work with.
Had a relatively small job that the people at Pure Water Plumbing took care of quickly. Mike was wonderful and he did the job swiftly as to not incur any unnecessary time overages. Great service for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
