Professional Pure water recently replaced tank and outdated pipes and a new pressure switch results were so impressive. I had no water and they had us up and running in no time at all.their skills and expertise were so impressive. I wouldn’t use no one else but pure water.they treated us like family
Absolute professionals! Came out exactly when scheduled, did an amazing job, and very kind and courteous. I will definitely be calling them again for my next plumbing need, because ya know...when you own a home there will definitely be another plumbing need lol I highly recommend them!
We recently moved to the area and had a well issue. Pure Water Plumbing was highly recommended and we are glad we used them. Josh and his father returned our call immediately and was at our house within the hour. They diagnosed the problem and replaced our water tank right away. Their attention to detail was impeccable. In addition, Josh and his father were very personable and pleasant. Pure Water Plumbing is now in our Contact list for all of our Plumbing needs.
I am not usually one to complain but Joshua wasted a tremendous amount of my time this week. We got off to a positive start: he answered and scheduled a visit for the next day. Terrific! Then the next day 30 minutes before he was due to arrive informed me he had another client emergency and would need to reschedule. No problem. I never heard back and when I followed up later got a text saying he would reach out to reschedule and then never did. Josh is great, he gave me excellent advice that helped me solve the septic pump problem. I look forward to the day when I can hire Pure Water for the barn I want to build.
